Ensayos de biomateriales y polímeros
Los Sistemas Sonelastic® son una solución avanzada y no destructiva para la caracterización de los módulos elásticos y el amortiguamiento de biomateriales y polímeros con una excelente relación costo-beneficio. Con ellos es posible caracterizar los módulos elásticos dinámicos (Modulo de Young, módulo de cizallamiento y coeficiente de Poisson) y el amortiguamiento simultáneamente.
Los Sistemas Sonelastic® emplean la Técnica de Excitación por impulso en concordancia con la norma ASTM E1876 proporcionando resultados de alta precisión y reproductibilidad. La caracterización de los módulos elásticos y el amortiguamiento revela información acerca de la microestructura, sobre la presencia y evolución de rajaduras, microgrietas y defectos en el material, así como en transformaciones de fase y procesos de cura y secado. Adicionalmente, la caracterización de los módulos elásticos contribuye a mejorar la precisión del análisis por elementos finitos (FEA)
